Hey guys, and welcome back to Diagnose This! So sorry that we have not been posting the past couple of weeks; exams and other commitments called our attentions elsewhere.
Now, the answers to last week’s questions:
- Spontaneous (Primary) Pneumothorax
- Pulmonary TB
- Osler’s nodes, Janeway’s lesions, and splinter haemorrhages.
- Tricuspid valve
- Autoimmune Haemolytic Anaemia
- For acute cholecystitis: fever, RUQ pain, and jaundice. For MS: Nystagmus, intention tremor, and dysarthria.
- Atrial flutter
- Ejection systolic murmur
Hopefully you got all of those right, especially seeing as the exam season has just passed!
I am currently on holiday in sunny QLD so will not be posting another Diagnose This for two weeks. But be on the lookout for a number of other articles and stories!
