Diagnose This #23

Hey guys, and welcome back to Diagnose This! So sorry that we have not been posting the past couple of weeks; exams and other commitments called our attentions elsewhere.

Now, the answers to last week’s questions:

  1. Spontaneous (Primary) Pneumothorax
  2. Pulmonary TB
  3. Osler’s nodes, Janeway’s lesions, and splinter haemorrhages.
  4. Tricuspid valve
  5. Autoimmune Haemolytic Anaemia
  6. For acute cholecystitis: fever, RUQ pain, and jaundice. For MS: Nystagmus, intention tremor, and dysarthria.
  7. Atrial flutter
  8. Ejection systolic murmur

Hopefully you got all of those right, especially seeing as the exam season has just passed!

I am currently on holiday in sunny QLD so will not be posting another Diagnose This for two weeks. But be on the lookout for a number of other articles and stories!
